  • 1 Alimenta Altograno Pizza Base
  • 250g of pumpkin (such as Mantovana or Delica type) cut into small cubes
  • 150g of mozzarella fiordilatte (well-drained)
  • 80g of Alto Adige speck (smoked, cured ham) cut into strips
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVO) to taste
  • Salt to taste

1.Preparing the pumpkin
