Ingredients
Type 00 Wheat flour, water, sourdough 21% (type 00 soft wheat flour, water), re-ground durum wheat flour, soft whole wheat flour, salt, malted wheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil, brewer’s yeast, fermented wheat flour, type 0 wheat flour, natural flavours.
How to use
Top the pizza base as required and place in an oven or pizza oven: pre-heat the oven to 200°C, bake for about 5 minutes, remove and if required, add more topping. Product must be cooked before serving.
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal well, store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. best before: see date on front of package.
