Classic red pinsa with caper flowers


  • Pinsa Classica (Classic Pinsa) – red base
  • Tomato passata
  • Rocket
  • Leeks
  • Almonds
  • Sweet-and-sour yellow bell peppers
  • Tuna fillets
  • Caper flowers


  • 1 Brush the Pinsa lightly with tomato passata and bake on a wire rack in a ventilated oven at 200°C for 7 minutes.
  • 2 Crush the almonds.
  • 3 Brown the thinly-sliced leek in a non-stick pan without any oil.
  • 4 Top of the cooked Pinsa with the rocket, the rolled fillets of sweet- and-sour yellow bell pepper, the leek, the tuna fillets, the almonds and the caper flowers.

In this recipe we have used
