Ingredients
Sourdough (water, flour, yeast), ALTOGRANO® flour blend 32% (soft wheat flour type 0, defatted WHEAT germ, WHEAT fiber, powdered WHEAT germ oil: WHEAT germ oil, WHEAT fiber), extra virgin olive oil, salt, rice flour, baker’s yeast, soft WHEAT flour type 0, preservatives: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate, malted soft WHEAT flour, flavouring.
How to use
Fill as desired and bake in a fan-assisted oven, if possible, for approximately 5 minutes at around +220°C. To be consumed only after cooking. Alternatively, the tray can be used in the oven under the specified conditions.
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal the package tightly, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days. Best before: see date printed on the package.
