Ingredients
Cereal blend 66% (type ‘00’ soft wheat flour 31.7%, spelt flour 9.2%, rye flour 5.3%, oat flour 5.3%, sorghum flour 5.3%, buckwheat flour 5.3%, rice flour 3.9%), water, sunflower oil, iodised sea salt (sea salt, potassium iodate 0.005%). Contains cereals containing gluten. May contain soy and mustard.
How to use
Cook the piadina for 1 minute on each side, starting with the more cooked side facing down on a well-heated non-stick pan (250°C).
How to store
Keep refrigerated between +4°C and +8°C (+39°F and +46°F). After opening, reseal the package, store it in the refrigerator, and consume within 2 days.
