Ingredients
Altograno® flour blend 61% (soft wheat flour type 0, defatted wheat germ 25%, wheat germ oil, wheat fiber), water, sunflower seed oil, iodized sea salt (sea salt, potassium iodate 0.005%), leavening powder (corn starch, leavening agents: sodium acid carbonate, disodium diphosphate), inactivated yeast, preservative: potassium sorbate. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
How to use
Heat the piadina for 30 seconds on each side, starting with the more cooked side facing down on a non-stick pan preheated to approximately 250°C
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place – away from sunlight. After opening, reseal the package tightly, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging.
