Ingredients

Type "00" soft WHEAT flour, water, lard, iodised sea salt (sea salt, potassium iodate), raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch, disodium diphosphate). Treated with ethyl alcohol.
May contain SOYBEANS.

Method of use

Heat the piadina for 30 seconds on each side, initially placing the most cooked side on a hot non-stick pan. To be consumed after cooking.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Store in the fridge after opening and use within 2 days.
Product packed in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging.
