Ingredients
Altograno® flour blend 62% (soft wheat flour type 0, defatted wheat germ 25%, wheat germ oil, wheat fiber), water, sourdough 12% (soft wheat flour type “00”, water), sunflower seed oil, salt, baker’s yeast, malted soft wheat flour, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate, inactivated yeast, preservative: potassium sorbate. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
How to use
Preheat the oven or pizza oven to 200°C, bake for approximately 5 minutes. Fill the sandwich as desired. To be consumed only after cooking.
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal the package tightly, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days. Best before: see date indicated on the front of the package.
