Ingredients
Altograno® blend 59% (soft wheat flour type 0, defatted wheat germ 25%, wheat germ oil, wheat fiber), water, sourdough 12% (soft wheat flour type “00”, water), sunflower seed oil, salt, extra virgin olive oil, baker’s yeast, malted soft wheat flour, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate, inactivated yeast, preservative: potassium sorbate, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
How to use
Top the pizza base as desired and bake in a conventional oven or pizza oven. Preheat the oven to 200°C, bake for approximately 5 minutes, then remove and, if desired, add more toppings. To be consumed after baking. Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on the type of oven and desired doneness.
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal the package tightly, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging.
