Base for Neapolitan Pizza

The delicious taste of our pizza is due to the quality of ingredients, kind of levitation, type of baking.

These aspects concur in determining the taste, digestibility and nutritional properties.


Saltimbocca is a typical traditional Neapolitan product. Shaped as a longer panino, it is prepared with the dough used for pizzas. The stuffing may vary as you wish, including mozzarella, sausages etc.

It is perfect for bar to serve a tasty panino in the shortest possible time. A miniaturized version is available for aperitifs.

The real Flat Bread, La  Fornarina® is naturally leavened and ready in just a few minutes! Ideal to accompany any type of meal or aperitif.

FOODEX JAPAN is the Asia's largest exhibition dedicated on food and drink across Japan and the whole world. Over the 4 days of the exhibition, about 85,000 buyers from food service, distribution, and trading companies are expected to attend. Attention will be given to the expansion of business opportunities domestically and internationally upon the activation of the TPP.

Numerous buyers will also be attending from abroad, and business talks will be held with domestic and international manufacturers.
